Daily messages update: On the day of teaching, you will receive an email at 8am listing your lessons for the day and then a text message 1 hour before your first lesson (no longer at the usual time of 2pm). You do not need to reply to this text message, instead, you will check-in via mySAM – please see the next update!
Check-in for lessons via mySAM – You no longer need to reply to the daily reminder text message, there is now a check-in feature in mySAM, on the dashboard, upcoming, previous and submit pages. Simply click this to notify the team you are ready to teach. This feature becomes active 15 minutes before your first lesson.
Joining lessons before the student: You can now only join 15 minutes before the lesson starts (to avoid tutors joining the wrong rooms).
Student absent videos: Due to multiple suggestions from parents, we now request that all tutors please leave a recorded lesson for absent students, in addition to a lesson report. Please find the specific post for this here. Please make sure you have read this and watched the video.
